The Environment Violation Report function allows members of the public to report incidents of illegal waste dumping and environmental violations directly through the platform. Users can submit details of the incident, including the location, description of the waste, and optional photos or supporting information. 

Once submitted, the report is recorded in the system and made available to the relevant authorities and municipalities for review, investigation, and appropriate action.

Members of the public can submit the environmental violation reports through a dedicated form:

• Data collected: Location (district), description, estimated volume, evidence (file or picture upload), and report date.
• Reports are stored in the system and appear on the Collection Overview dashboard as a KPI (total reports, unresolved count).
• Administrative staff can review, investigate, and update the status of each report through the backend.
