Accessing the Registration Page

Users can access the SWMIS platform using modern web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc…) using the SWMIS Platform public website URL:

https://swmis-production.up.railway.app/

Steps:

1. Navigate to the SWMIS public website.
2. Click on the “Register a municipality or facility” button on the homepage.
3. The system displays the Register a new entity page.

Register a New Entity

Overview

The Register a New Entity page allows organizations to submit a request to join the Solid Waste Management Information System (SWMIS).

This page is accessible from the public interface and is intended for municipalities and waste-related stakeholders to register in the system.

Page Purpose

This screen enables users to select the type of entity they want to register. Each entity type corresponds to a specific role in the waste management chain. 

After selecting the appropriate category, the user will be redirected to a registration form specific to that entity type.

It is then the responsibility of the Ministry of Environment to verify the data submitted by any of the stakeholders and approve it to activate its profile.

To access the Dashboard, follow the steps below:

• If the entity is already registered / registration has been approved, click on the “Work platform” button from the homepage.

Login credentials

Description:
Intended for municipalities and municipal unions to register, monitor, and manage solid waste management operations within their administrative jurisdictions.

System Classification:
Municipality entity

To register:

1. Click on the Municipality / Union option.
2. The system redirects you to the Municipality Registration Form.
3. Fill in the fields for every Tab (marked with * are required fields).
4. Click Submit request.

Description:
Intended for factories, hospitals, farms, and other institutions to register and report waste generated from their operational activities.

System Classification:
Generator stakeholder

To register:

1. Select Waste generator.
2. Complete the required organization details.
3. Fill in the fields for every Tab (marked with * are required fields).
4. Submit the registration request.

Description:
Intended for recycling centers, waste treatment and disposal facilities to register and report their waste operations activities.

System Classification:
Facility stakeholder

To register:

1. Select Treatment and final disposal facility.
2. Fill in the fields for all Tabs (marked with * are required fields).
3. Click Submit.

Description:
Intended for waste transport private and public companies and entities authorized to transport waste between waste generators and waste management facilities.

System Classification:
Transporter stakeholder

To register:

1. Select Waste transporter.
2. Fill in the fields for all Tabs (marked with * are required fields).
3. Submit the application.

After completing the required form:

1. Review all entered information carefully.
2. Ensure all mandatory fields are filled.
3. Click Submit.
4. A confirmation message will appear.
5. The registration request will be sent for review and approval by the system administrator at the Ministry of Environment.

Registration Status

After submission:

• The request remains in Pending status until reviewed by MoE.
• The applicant will receive an email notification once approved or rejected.
• Upon approval, login credentials will be provided.
